I trusted First Global Commodities and Futures Exchange with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|Instant funding

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours|Slow to add new assets

Failed me when I needed them most

Do not believe the bonus offer from First Global Commodities and Futures Exchange. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Intuitive for beginners|Multi-device support|Excellent charting

Cons: Search feature is basic

Must sell everything to leave

The mobile app from First Global Commodities and Futures Exchange is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Clean UI|Smooth onboarding|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Conversion fees hidden

If you are reading this considering First Global Commodities and Futures Exchange - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews based on a colleague's recommendation. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for roughly four months has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Wide product range|Multi-currency support|Responsive team|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Website design could be more modern|Minimum deposit could be lower

Spam emails after unsubscribing

The onboarding at First Global Commodities and Futures Exchange was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Multiple order types|Full transparency

Cons: No live chat on mobile

This company needs to be investigated

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to First Global Commodities and Futures Exchange. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Pros: Detailed reporting|Market news feed|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Pushed structured products

Opened my account with First Global Commodities and Futures Exchange through a financial advisor and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Multiple order types|Dedicated account manager|Good analytical tools

Cons: Limited social trading features

Not even close to acceptable

The hidden fees at First Global Commodities and Futures Exchange are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: Good mobile app|Reliable uptime

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists|Wait times can be long during peak hours

Data breach and they did not notify us

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. First Global Commodities and Futures Exchange said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: Easy to use platform|Multiple order types

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources

They should be ashamed

My withdrawal from First Global Commodities and Futures Exchange was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for over a year of being strung along.

Pros: Great customer service|Social trading features

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague|Limited ETF selection
