Leverage too high for retail

I had high hopes for FinAxa Settlements through a forum discussion, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Tax reports included|Fast execution|Intuitive for beginners|Regular platform improvements

Cons: Slow to add new assets

Cannot transfer out in kind

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. FinAxa Settlements recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Demo account available|Tax reports included|Real-time alerts

Cons: No integrated tax optimization|Wish they had more educational resources

Duplicate positions after merge

My card was charged twice by FinAxa Settlements on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. FinAxa Settlements then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Automated trading options|Good mobile app|Helpful community forum|Detailed reporting

Cons: No fractional shares|Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

Currency margin requirements unclear

The reporting at FinAxa Settlements is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Social trading features|Good mobile app|Multi-currency support

Cons: Live chat only during business hours|Limited ETF selection

Inactive account fee with no warning

The only good thing about FinAxa Settlements is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them based on a colleague's recommendation. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Clean UI|Good analytical tools|Fast support response|Risk management tools

Cons: Nothing significant

They bet against their clients

Where do I even begin with FinAxa Settlements? for the past six months of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Good analytical tools|Real-time alerts|Multi-device support

Cons: None so far|No fractional shares

Wish zero stars was an option

I trusted FinAxa Settlements with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

Pros: Personal attention|Segregated accounts|Professional team|Market news feed

Cons: No fractional shares|No phone support on weekends

Regret choosing FinAxa Settlements

I lost a significant amount because FinAxa Settlements did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Dividend tracking|Multiple order types|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed

They upsell insurance you do not need

I opened an account with FinAxa Settlements for about ten months ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Copy trading available|Regular updates|Wide product range|Comprehensive tools

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague|Cannot customize dashboard fully

A sinking ship

I requested my data from FinAxa Settlements under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Fast deposits|Smooth onboarding

Cons: No dark mode on mobile
