I experienced a security concern with my Finanlab account and reported it immediately. Their response time was inexcusable for a financial platform. It took them four days to acknowledge my report and another week to actually address it.

Pros: Clear documentation|Intuitive for beginners

Cons: Limited demo account features|Email notifications too frequent

Lost thousands due to their errors

The reporting at Finanlab is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Wide product range|High security standards

Cons: Website design could be more modern

Duplicate positions after merge

Finanlab offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Professional team|Multi-currency support|Portfolio tracking tools|Detailed reporting

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Some tools only available on higher tiers

No 2FA when I signed up

The onboarding at Finanlab was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Competitive fees|Dedicated account manager

Cons: Research section could be deeper|Spreads widen during volatile periods

Buyer beware - seriously

The only good thing about Finanlab is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them through a forum discussion. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Instant funding|Dividend tracking|Automated trading options

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators|Search feature is basic

Check regulatory status before investing

This company appears on the IOSCO I-SCAN international warnings list. Over 68 financial regulators worldwide contribute to this database. While being listed doesn't automatically mean fraud, it's a significant red flag that potential investors should take seriously. Do your research thoroughly.

Cons: Flagged by international regulators|Due diligence required

Death of account holder process unknown

I requested my data from Finanlab under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Clear documentation|Tax reports included|Professional team

Cons: Limited ETF selection

Does not even meet basic standards

The mobile app from Finanlab is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Personal attention|No hidden fees|Competitive fees|Helpful community forum

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours|No dark mode on mobile

Proceed with extreme caution

After seeing ads for Finanlab online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Financial Services and Markets Authority. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

Beyond repair at this point

I opened an account with Finanlab for a few weeks now ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Responsive team|Real-time alerts

Cons: Research section could be deeper|Charting tools need more indicators
