The reporting at Financial Assets Corporation is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Multi-device support|Detailed reporting|Competitive fees|Professional team

Cons: No integrated tax optimization

Warning to all potential customers

My withdrawal request from Financial Assets Corporation has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

Pros: Multi-device support|Automated trading options|Stable platform|Clear documentation

Cons: No integrated tax optimization

Affiliate program does not pay

Do not believe the bonus offer from Financial Assets Corporation. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after a family member had a good experience and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Demo account available|Risk management tools|Customizable dashboard|Excellent charting

Cons: No fractional shares

They have gotten worse over time

Do not use Financial Assets Corporation for anything serious. I used them for over a year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Pros: Educational resources|API access|Dividend tracking|Excellent charting

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|Minimum deposit could be lower

Duplicate positions after merge

Customer support at Financial Assets Corporation seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Tax reports included|Comprehensive tools|Dividend tracking

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Cannot customize dashboard fully

Buyer beware - seriously

The platform at Financial Assets Corporation is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for about ten months of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Regular platform improvements|Full transparency|Clean UI

Cons: Search feature is basic|Nothing significant

They are hiding something

Financial Assets Corporation has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Fast execution|Instant funding|Comprehensive tools

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague|Email notifications too frequent

Misleading advertising

I gave Financial Assets Corporation a fair chance. After since early this year of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

Pros: Great customer service|Responsive team|Intuitive for beginners

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague
