I found Fidelity Corp (www.fidelitycorp.co) through a financial advisor and the initial impression was positive. But for about five months later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Pros: Excellent charting|Competitive fees|Personal attention

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague

They should be ashamed

The platform at Fidelity Corp (www.fidelitycorp.co) is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for nearly two years of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Social trading features|Great customer service|Clear documentation

Cons: Live chat only during business hours

Rip-off dressed as a service

I had a dispute with Fidelity Corp (www.fidelitycorp.co) and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Full transparency|Personal attention|Low minimum deposit|Social trading features

Cons: Live chat only during business hours|Email notifications too frequent

My account was compromised and they did nothing

Do not use Fidelity Corp (www.fidelitycorp.co) for anything serious. I used them since early this year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Multi-currency support|Portfolio tracking tools|Clear documentation

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers|Onboarding videos are outdated

Still waiting for my withdrawal

I requested my data from Fidelity Corp (www.fidelitycorp.co) under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Low minimum deposit

Cons: Limited ETF selection

Closure fee on top of everything

Fidelity Corp (www.fidelitycorp.co) advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Transparent fees|Fast execution|Smooth onboarding|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

A masterclass in how not to run a business

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at Fidelity Corp (www.fidelitycorp.co) is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|Multi-device support|Good mobile app

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed|No phone support on weekends

Avoid at all costs

I lost a significant amount because Fidelity Corp (www.fidelitycorp.co) did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Demo account available|Personal attention

Cons: Search feature is basic

No negative balance protection

I joined Fidelity Corp (www.fidelitycorp.co) after hearing about them at a conference and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Portfolio tracking tools

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods

Spam emails after unsubscribing

Fidelity Corp (www.fidelitycorp.co) changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Demo account available|Stable platform|Fast execution|Real-time alerts

Cons: Limited ETF selection
