I invested $3,500 with EXOTIC MINERS after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Conduct Authority.

I found EXOTIC MINERS from a blog post comparing services and the initial impression was positive. But for about three months later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

What really bothers me about EXOTIC MINERS is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after reading several online reviews and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

EXOTIC MINERS advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. EXOTIC MINERS said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Tried to withdraw my funds from EXOTIC MINERS and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.
