I opened an account with European Financial Services Conduct Authority for the past six months ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Quick verification|Multiple order types

Cons: Could offer more webinars|Mobile app could be improved

Licensed in a tax haven only

After spending for over a year trying to make European Financial Services Conduct Authority work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Fast execution|Helpful community forum|Demo account available

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods

I warn everyone I know

I referred a friend to European Financial Services Conduct Authority through a podcast recommendation. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Detailed reporting|Fast deposits|Easy to use platform

Cons: Alert system is basic

Inactive account fee with no warning

I had a dispute with European Financial Services Conduct Authority and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Responsive team|Fast deposits

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux

Requotes on every order

If you are reading this considering European Financial Services Conduct Authority - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews after attending a webinar they hosted. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over since mid-2025 has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Multi-device support|Market news feed|Detailed reporting

Cons: Mobile app could be improved|Research section could be deeper
