Opened my account with EU-Loan after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

The reporting at EU-Loan is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

EU-Loan offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

After seeing ads for EU-Loan online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Finansinspektionen. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. EU-Loan recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

I referred a friend to EU-Loan after comparing multiple platforms. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

EU-Loan seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Tried to withdraw my funds from EU-Loan and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at EU-Loan is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

I opened an account with EU-Loan for over a year ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.
