Equihome Partners (equihome.com.au) offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Regular updates|Segregated accounts|Dividend tracking|Automated trading options

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources|No fractional shares

Pressure to deposit more

The spread at Equihome Partners (equihome.com.au) is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after reading several online reviews and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|Responsive team

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods|Would like more payment methods

They do not honor their terms

My withdrawal request from Equihome Partners (equihome.com.au) has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

Pros: Fast support response|Good analytical tools

Cons: Alert system is basic

They make everything difficult

Equihome Partners (equihome.com.au) locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for nearly two years later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Pros: Responsive team|Easy withdrawals|Market news feed|Clear documentation

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally

Spam emails after unsubscribing

Equihome Partners (equihome.com.au) changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Two-factor authentication|Multiple order types

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Nothing works as advertised

Equihome Partners (equihome.com.au) has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Real-time alerts|No hidden fees|High security standards

Cons: No live chat on mobile|Nothing significant

Would not recommend to others

I found Equihome Partners (equihome.com.au) after seeing their ad online and the initial impression was positive. But for the past six months later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Pros: Quick verification|Dedicated account manager

Cons: Limited ETF selection

Regulator has warned about them

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Equihome Partners (equihome.com.au) recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Great customer service|Instant funding|Clear documentation|Educational resources

Cons: None so far|Limited ETF selection

Platform crashes at the worst times

I requested my data from Equihome Partners (equihome.com.au) under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Stable platform|Economic calendar|Easy to use platform

Cons: Alert system is basic|Help articles are sometimes vague

No sub-accounts

The reporting at Equihome Partners (equihome.com.au) is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Quick verification|Fast deposits|Multi-device support

Cons: Research section could be deeper
