The hidden fees at Empire Funded are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Tax reports included|Automated trading options

Cons: No phone support on weekends|Limited social trading features

Reviews on their site are fabricated

The mobile app from Empire Funded is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Market news feed|Dedicated account manager|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Limited ETF selection

Withdrawal limits are a trap

Empire Funded offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Full transparency|Customizable dashboard|Segregated accounts

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed|Search feature is basic

No sub-accounts

Empire Funded advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Dividend tracking|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months|Could offer more webinars

Beware - This company is not legitimate

I want to warn everyone about Empire Funded. They have been flagged by Financial Conduct Authority as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics
