The hidden fees at Email claiming to be Blockchain Support ([email protected]) are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: Great customer service|High security standards|Easy to use platform

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

Terrible in every aspect

Email claiming to be Blockchain Support ([email protected]) changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Transparent fees|Responsive team|Copy trading available|Excellent charting

Cons: Slow to add new assets|Website design could be more modern

Email claiming to be Blockchain Support ([email protected]) offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Regular updates

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources|Live chat only during business hours

Withdrawal blocked indefinitely

The spread at Email claiming to be Blockchain Support ([email protected]) is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after hearing about them at a conference and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Economic calendar|Multi-device support

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated

I lost a significant amount because Email claiming to be Blockchain Support ([email protected]) did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Good mobile app|Educational resources|Transparent fees|Portfolio tracking tools

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days|Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

Complaint process is a maze

After spending since early this year trying to make Email claiming to be Blockchain Support ([email protected]) work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Clean UI|Copy trading available

Cons: Limited cryptocurrency options|Help articles are sometimes vague
