Ehamarkets seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: Multiple order types|Multi-device support

Cons: Search feature is basic

Refund request ignored for months

What really bothers me about Ehamarkets is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after comparing multiple platforms and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Detailed reporting|Competitive fees

Cons: Inactivity fee applies after 12 months

Something doesn't add up here

Several red flags with Ehamarkets: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Financial Conduct Authority, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Cons: Not registered with regulators|Unrealistic promises

An insult to paying customers

I experienced a security concern with my Ehamarkets account and reported it immediately. Their response time was inexcusable for a financial platform. It took them four days to acknowledge my report and another week to actually address it.

Pros: API access|Demo account available

Cons: No live chat on mobile

Dealing desk manipulation

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Ehamarkets is disorganized and incompetent. I found them after attending a webinar they hosted and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Low minimum deposit|Fast support response|Social trading features

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed

Do your due diligence first

For anyone considering Ehamarkets, please be aware that this company has been flagged by Financial Conduct Authority. This does not necessarily mean they are a scam, but it does mean they may not be authorized to operate in certain jurisdictions. I strongly recommend checking the official regulator website before making any investment decisions.

Pros: Information is publicly available for verification

Cons: Flagged by international regulators|Due diligence required

Customer support at Ehamarkets seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Intuitive for beginners|Portfolio tracking tools|Full transparency|Tax reports included

Cons: Would like more payment methods|Some tools only available on higher tiers

Nothing works as advertised

Ehamarkets has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Excellent charting|Social trading features

Cons: No phone support on weekends|Limited social trading features

Warning to all investors

I was contacted by Ehamarkets through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Pros: Professional looking website

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

Unresponsive and unhelpful

My card was charged twice by Ehamarkets on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Ehamarkets then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Great customer service|Easy withdrawals|Detailed reporting

Cons: Mobile app could be improved
