Efinanceproltd has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Efinanceproltd changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

The so-called education at Efinanceproltd is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for nearly two years thinking they would help me learn.

What really bothers me about Efinanceproltd is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after a family member had a good experience and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Efinanceproltd recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

I closed a profitable position at Efinanceproltd and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

I invested $1,000 with Efinanceproltd after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Ontario Securities Commission.
