E-Wealthfx (e-wealthfx.pro) offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

I found E-Wealthfx (e-wealthfx.pro) through a podcast recommendation and the initial impression was positive. But since early this year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

After spending for close to eighteen months trying to make E-Wealthfx (e-wealthfx.pro) work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

What really bothers me about E-Wealthfx (e-wealthfx.pro) is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

E-Wealthfx (e-wealthfx.pro) has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

The so-called education at E-Wealthfx (e-wealthfx.pro) is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for about eight months thinking they would help me learn.

E-Wealthfx (e-wealthfx.pro) had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

E-Wealthfx (e-wealthfx.pro) has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

I lost a significant amount because E-Wealthfx (e-wealthfx.pro) did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

The reporting at E-Wealthfx (e-wealthfx.pro) is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.
