The onboarding at DynEx (1dynex.net); was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Market news feed|Smooth onboarding|Good mobile app

Cons: Search feature is basic

No sub-accounts

The only good thing about DynEx (1dynex.net); is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them through my accountant's suggestion. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Responsive team|Great customer service|Competitive fees

Cons: Email notifications too frequent|Spreads widen during volatile periods

Regulator has warned about them

The platform at DynEx (1dynex.net); is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for nearly two years of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Instant funding|Easy to use platform|Clean UI|Dedicated account manager

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists|Some tools only available on higher tiers

Payout delayed for 60 days

I found DynEx (1dynex.net); when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives and the initial impression was positive. But for just over a year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Pros: Easy to use platform|Excellent charting|Fast execution

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators|No fractional shares

They closed my account without explanation

After spending for roughly four months trying to make DynEx (1dynex.net); work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Pros: Great customer service|Dedicated account manager

Cons: No fractional shares|Alert system is basic

Pressure to deposit more

After using DynEx (1dynex.net); since the beginning of the year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Quick verification|Low minimum deposit|Real-time alerts|Clear documentation

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days|Spreads widen during volatile periods

Duplicate positions after merge

KYC with DynEx (1dynex.net); is a nightmare. I submitted my ID and proof of address. They rejected it and asked for a utility bill. I sent it. They asked for a bank statement. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they said the selfie did not match. I gave up.

Pros: Clear documentation|Transparent fees

Cons: Could offer more webinars

Webinars are product pushes

DynEx (1dynex.net); locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for about five months later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Pros: Dividend tracking|Fast deposits

Cons: Mobile app could be improved

Not worth a single penny

My card was charged twice by DynEx (1dynex.net); on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. DynEx (1dynex.net); then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Multi-device support|Wide product range

Cons: No phone support on weekends|Nothing significant
