I had high hopes for DXI after a friend recommended them, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Responsive team|Dividend tracking|Fast execution|Full transparency

Cons: No phone support on weekends|Limited ETF selection

Beware - This company is not legitimate

Tried to withdraw my funds from DXI and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

I found this company through a friend who recommended it. Before investing, I checked various regulatory databases and found that DXI has been flagged as an unauthorized entity. I informed my friend immediately. Please always verify with official sources - a quick search could save you thousands.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

I looked into DXI and found they appear in the regulatory warnings database. Financial Markets Authority has issued a notice about this firm. Whether this is a misunderstanding or a serious concern, the fact remains that proper due diligence is essential. Always verify the regulatory status of any company before investing your hard-earned money.

Cons: Listed in IOSCO I-SCAN|May not be authorized in your jurisdiction

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, DXI is disorganized and incompetent. I found them through a podcast recommendation and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: High security standards|Market news feed|Low minimum deposit

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|Spreads widen during volatile periods
