Tried to withdraw my funds from DSJ Exchange and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics

Broken promises everywhere

I signed up with DSJ Exchange after attending a webinar they hosted and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Good mobile app|Market news feed

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|Charting tools need more indicators

No phone number that works

I referred a friend to DSJ Exchange after doing extensive research. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: No hidden fees|Economic calendar

Cons: Nothing significant|Some tools only available on higher tiers

Did my research - this is suspicious

I was about to invest with DSJ Exchange but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Markets Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Cons: Not registered with regulators|Unrealistic promises

No demo account that works

DSJ Exchange had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Automated trading options|High security standards

Cons: Mobile app could be improved
