Druid ICAV

My withdrawal from Druid ICAV was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for just over a year of being strung along.

Do not use Druid ICAV for anything serious. I used them for over a year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Druid ICAV is disorganized and incompetent. I found them while looking for alternatives to my previous provider and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

I joined Druid ICAV from a review site like this one and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

I am in a dispute with Druid ICAV over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

If you are reading this considering Druid ICAV - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews through a financial advisor. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for a few weeks now has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

The spread at Druid ICAV is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them through a podcast recommendation and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Customer support at Druid ICAV seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

The reporting at Druid ICAV is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Druid ICAV changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.
