DMT Limited

My withdrawal from DMT Limited was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for about eight months of being strung along.

My card was charged twice by DMT Limited on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. DMT Limited then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

I found DMT Limited when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives and the initial impression was positive. But for the past six months later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

DMT Limited seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

I requested my data from DMT Limited under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Do not believe the bonus offer from DMT Limited. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

I lost a significant amount because DMT Limited did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

I opened an account with DMT Limited since last summer ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

I am in a dispute with DMT Limited over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Do not use DMT Limited for anything serious. I used them for just over a year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.
