What really bothers me about Digital Income is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Several red flags with Digital Income: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Financial Conduct Authority, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Digital Income seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

The platform at Digital Income is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After since the beginning of the year of dealing with this, I have had enough.

I signed up with Digital Income after a family member had a good experience and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Digital Income is disorganized and incompetent. I found them after my brother mentioned them and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

I gave Digital Income a fair chance. After for about ten months of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

The onboarding at Digital Income was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

The hidden fees at Digital Income are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

I found Digital Income through a financial advisor and the initial impression was positive. But for the past year and a half later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.
