Desjardins Group has completely changed how I manage my finances. The app notifications keep me on top of spending, the budgeting tools are genuinely useful, and I love the instant transfer feature. Setting up standing orders and direct debits is straightforward. Five stars well deserved.

The banking products at Desjardins Group are okay, but their customer service is genuinely poor. I waited 45 minutes on hold to ask a simple question about my statement. When I finally got through, the agent couldn't help and transferred me to another department where I waited again. Very frustrating experience.

Pros: Online banking works adequately

Cons: Terrible hold times, unhelpful customer service

I generally have a positive experience with Desjardins Group. The mobile banking is well-designed and most transactions are processed quickly. My one complaint is that some features feel outdated compared to newer digital banks. Still, for everyday banking, they do a solid job and I trust them with my money.

Switched to Desjardins Group last year and it was one of the best financial decisions I've made. The mobile app is fantastic - I can do everything from my phone. Fee structure is transparent with no hidden charges. Their fraud protection caught a suspicious transaction within minutes. Really impressed.
