My withdrawal request from DaxFinances has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Clear documentation

Cons: Search feature is basic

They do not honor their terms

I referred a friend to DaxFinances after hearing about them at a conference. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Clean UI

Cons: Nothing significant|Charting tools need more indicators

Warning to all investors

I want to warn everyone about DaxFinances. They have been flagged by Financial Services and Markets Authority as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Pros: Professional looking website

Cons: Lost entire investment|Reported to authorities|Unresponsive

Stay far away from this company

I invested $10,000 with DaxFinances after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Services and Markets Authority.

Pros: Professional looking website

Cons: Lost entire investment|Reported to authorities|Unresponsive

For anyone considering DaxFinances, please be aware that this company has been flagged by Financial Services and Markets Authority. This does not necessarily mean they are a scam, but it does mean they may not be authorized to operate in certain jurisdictions. I strongly recommend checking the official regulator website before making any investment decisions.

I was about to invest with DaxFinances but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Services and Markets Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Cons: Listed in warning databases|No transparency|Pressure to invest quickly

False promises and poor execution

DaxFinances has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Pros: Economic calendar|Wide product range|Personal attention|Competitive fees

Cons: Research section could be deeper|Limited demo account features
