Dawson Turner

My card was charged twice by Dawson Turner on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Dawson Turner then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

I joined Dawson Turner after my brother mentioned them and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Dawson Turner has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

My withdrawal request from Dawson Turner has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

Dawson Turner has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

After for the past year and a half with Dawson Turner, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

I referred a friend to Dawson Turner after seeing their ad online. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.
