Several red flags with Cyntra: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Flagged by The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets|Cannot verify credentials

Beware - This company is not legitimate

I invested $500 with Cyntra after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets.

Pros: Professional looking website

Cons: Lost entire investment|Reported to authorities|Unresponsive

After for nearly two years with Cyntra I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: No hidden fees|Two-factor authentication|Helpful community forum|Quick verification

Cons: Could offer more webinars|Research section could be deeper

Calls at odd hours to upsell

Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Cyntra is disorganized and incompetent. I found them while looking for alternatives to my previous provider and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Transparent fees|Good mobile app

Cons: Live chat only during business hours|Email notifications too frequent

Account locked for no reason

I opened an account with Cyntra for nearly two years ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Fast support response|Segregated accounts|Full transparency

Cons: Email notifications too frequent

The hidden fees at Cyntra are the real scandal here. What they advertise and what they actually charge are two different things. By the time I realized how much I was paying in various fees and spreads, I had already lost a meaningful amount.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Copy trading available|Reliable uptime|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Slow to add new assets|Would like more payment methods

Stay far away from this company
