I lost a significant amount because CRYPTOFX TRADING488 did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Do not use CRYPTOFX TRADING488 for anything serious. I used them since I opened my account last year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

I have been trying to close my account with CRYPTOFX TRADING488 for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. CRYPTOFX TRADING488 said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

After spending since mid-2025 trying to make CRYPTOFX TRADING488 work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

CRYPTOFX TRADING488 changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to CRYPTOFX TRADING488. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

If you are reading this considering CRYPTOFX TRADING488 - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for the past year and a half has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

My card was charged twice by CRYPTOFX TRADING488 on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. CRYPTOFX TRADING488 then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.
