Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, Crespo Finance is disorganized and incompetent. I found them through my accountant's suggestion and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Intuitive for beginners|Multiple order types|Multi-currency support|Portfolio tracking tools

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux

No risk warnings whatsoever

I joined Crespo Finance from a review site like this one and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Good mobile app|Competitive fees|Clean UI|Dedicated account manager

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed

They have truly outdone themselves in incompetence

After for close to eighteen months with Crespo Finance, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Copy trading available

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods

Spread betting is rigged

I experienced a security concern with my Crespo Finance account and reported it immediately. Their response time was inexcusable for a financial platform. It took them four days to acknowledge my report and another week to actually address it.

Pros: Easy to use platform|Competitive fees|Good analytical tools|Responsive team

Cons: Live chat only during business hours

Proceed with extreme caution

I found this company through a friend who recommended it. Before investing, I checked various regulatory databases and found that Crespo Finance has been flagged as an unauthorized entity. I informed my friend immediately. Please always verify with official sources - a quick search could save you thousands.

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

Leverage too high for retail

I am in a dispute with Crespo Finance over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Good analytical tools|Social trading features|Customizable dashboard

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists

Worst decision I made this year

Where do I even begin with Crespo Finance? for roughly four months of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Reliable uptime|Multiple order types|High security standards|Dividend tracking

Cons: Alert system is basic

Requote on winning trades only

Customer support at Crespo Finance seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Competitive fees|Portfolio tracking tools|Helpful community forum

Cons: Website design could be more modern

Warning to all investors

I invested $15,000 with Crespo Finance after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Markets Authority.

Cons: Lost entire investment|Reported to authorities|Unresponsive
