Scam alert - They took my money

I invested $5,000 with Circle Bit after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Financial Conduct Authority.

Cons: Blocked my account|No legitimate license|Fake returns

Not regulated - verified this myself

Several red flags with Circle Bit: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Financial Conduct Authority, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

The opposite of what they advertise

Circle Bit offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Competitive fees|Tax reports included

Cons: No dark mode on mobile|Charting tools need more indicators

Do your due diligence first

Tried to withdraw my funds from Circle Bit and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Cons: Blocked my account|No legitimate license|Fake returns
