Do not use CedarFX for anything serious. I used them for roughly four months for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Do not believe the bonus offer from CedarFX. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited through a forum discussion and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

CedarFX has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

I gave CedarFX a fair chance. After for about ten months of usage, I can say with confidence that there are far better options available. The interface is clunky, the fees are higher than competitors, and the customer support team seems overwhelmed or understaffed.

After spending since early this year trying to make CedarFX work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. CedarFX recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

I invested $15,000 with CedarFX after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Commodity Futures Trading Commission.

I am in a dispute with CedarFX over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

I signed up with CedarFX through a financial advisor and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

After using CedarFX for a few weeks now, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.
