The only good thing about Cayo Flow Capital is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them through a forum discussion. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Good mobile app|Intuitive for beginners

Cons: Cannot customize dashboard fully|Live chat only during business hours

Worst decision I made this year

Cayo Flow Capital had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Multi-device support|Instant funding|Automated trading options|Great customer service

Cons: Cannot customize dashboard fully

A disaster from day one

I am in a dispute with Cayo Flow Capital over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Multiple order types|API access|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours|Some tools only available on higher tiers

Indicators are limited and buggy

The reporting at Cayo Flow Capital is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Pros: Fast support response|Clean UI

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague

Buyer beware - seriously

Cayo Flow Capital has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Pros: Competitive fees|Multi-currency support|Personal attention|Risk management tools

Cons: Would like more payment methods

They do not care about customers

I closed a profitable position at Cayo Flow Capital and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Segregated accounts|Dedicated account manager|No hidden fees|Customizable dashboard

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days|Alert system is basic

My biggest financial mistake

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Cayo Flow Capital. They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Pros: Professional team|Copy trading available|Fast support response

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower|Help articles are sometimes vague

Where do I even begin

After for over a year with Cayo Flow Capital I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Personal attention|Full transparency|Demo account available

Cons: Research section could be deeper|Wait times can be long during peak hours

Pushed structured products

After using Cayo Flow Capital since I retired last year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Social trading features|Multi-device support|Personal attention

Cons: No fractional shares|Currency conversion fee exists
