Capital Altrion

Several red flags with Capital Altrion: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Ontario Securities Commission, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

If you are reading this considering Capital Altrion - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews through a podcast recommendation. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for about ten months has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

The reporting at Capital Altrion is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

I found Capital Altrion from a blog post comparing services and the initial impression was positive. But for just over a year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

I opened an account with Capital Altrion for over three years ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

The only good thing about Capital Altrion is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them after comparing multiple platforms. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

I want to warn everyone about Capital Altrion. They have been flagged by Ontario Securities Commission as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Capital Altrion has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

My card was charged twice by Capital Altrion on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Capital Altrion then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

After since the beginning of the year with Capital Altrion I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.
