I signed up with Campton Hays Morrison Incorporated while looking for alternatives to my previous provider and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Multi-device support|Market news feed|Transparent fees|Stable platform

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague|No dark mode on mobile

Zero accountability

My withdrawal from Campton Hays Morrison Incorporated was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. since last summer of being strung along.

I found Campton Hays Morrison Incorporated after doing extensive research and the initial impression was positive. But for the past six months later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|No hidden fees

Cons: Slow to add new assets|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Banned for no reason

I lost a significant amount because Campton Hays Morrison Incorporated did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Tax reports included|Automated trading options|Smooth onboarding|Stable platform

Cons: No phone support on weekends

Complete waste of time

The so-called education at Campton Hays Morrison Incorporated is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for about five months thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: No hidden fees|Fast execution

Cons: Research section could be deeper

No way to escalate complaints

Do not use Campton Hays Morrison Incorporated for anything serious. I used them for the past six months for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Pros: API access|Demo account available|Copy trading available|Helpful community forum

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux|Currency conversion fee exists

Duplicate positions after merge

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Campton Hays Morrison Incorporated recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Copy trading available|Stable platform|Transparent fees|Low minimum deposit

Cons: No live chat on mobile|Mobile app could be improved

I requested my data from Campton Hays Morrison Incorporated under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Wide product range|Fast support response|Good mobile app

Cons: Cannot customize dashboard fully|Mobile app could be improved

Documents rejected repeatedly

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Campton Hays Morrison Incorporated said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|Good analytical tools|Real-time alerts

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists|Mobile app could be improved

Requote on winning trades only

The only good thing about Campton Hays Morrison Incorporated is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them after doing extensive research. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Multi-currency support|Good analytical tools|Easy to use platform

Cons: Research section could be deeper
