Cadell Acton Group International has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

I am in a dispute with Cadell Acton Group International over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Cadell Acton Group International seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Cadell Acton Group International locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for roughly four months later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Cadell Acton Group International had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

I found Cadell Acton Group International through my accountant's suggestion and the initial impression was positive. But since I retired last year later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

I referred a friend to Cadell Acton Group International after attending a webinar they hosted. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

The so-called education at Cadell Acton Group International is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for close to eighteen months thinking they would help me learn.
