Still fighting for my withdrawal

After for about eight months with Bridgestone Global Partners I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Full transparency|Dedicated account manager|High security standards|Fast deposits

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources

Account restricted after profit

After since early this year with Bridgestone Global Partners, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Pros: Great customer service|High security standards|Regular updates|Clear documentation

Cons: No fractional shares

Took my money and went silent

The onboarding at Bridgestone Global Partners was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Clean UI|Low minimum deposit

Cons: No live chat on mobile|Would like more payment methods

Licensed in a tax haven only

Do not believe the bonus offer from Bridgestone Global Partners. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited through a forum discussion and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|High security standards|Educational resources|Competitive fees

Cons: No live chat on mobile

Regulator has warned about them

After using Bridgestone Global Partners since I opened my account last year, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Two-factor authentication|Fast deposits

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators

KYC process is a nightmare

Customer support at Bridgestone Global Partners seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Educational resources|Multiple order types

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators|Onboarding videos are outdated

Trust broken beyond repair

My withdrawal from Bridgestone Global Partners was rejected three times for vague reasons. Each time they asked for more documents. When I finally provided everything, they said my account was under review. for nearly two years of being strung along.

Pros: API access|Good mobile app|Intuitive for beginners|High security standards

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources
