I have been trying to close my account with Bond Rate Compare for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Pros: Excellent charting|Reliable uptime|Economic calendar

Cons: Could offer more webinars

Requotes on every order

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Bond Rate Compare said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: Economic calendar|Detailed reporting

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

They blocked me after I invested

Tried to withdraw my funds from Bond Rate Compare and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Cons: No regulatory oversight|Money disappeared|Fake testimonials

Do your due diligence first

This company appears on the IOSCO I-SCAN international warnings list. Over 68 financial regulators worldwide contribute to this database. While being listed doesn't automatically mean fraud, it's a significant red flag that potential investors should take seriously. Do your research thoroughly.

Cons: Appears in regulatory warnings database|Uncertain regulatory status

They took my patience and my money

What really bothers me about Bond Rate Compare is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them from a review site like this one and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Pros: Intuitive for beginners|Two-factor authentication|Easy to use platform|Social trading features

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods|Charting tools need more indicators

Warning to all potential customers

The so-called education at Bond Rate Compare is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted since I retired last year thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Easy withdrawals|Professional team|Real-time alerts

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources|Minor UI glitches occasionally

Migration from old platform was a mess

Where do I even begin with Bond Rate Compare? for a couple of months now of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Professional team|Reliable uptime

Cons: No integrated tax optimization

Checked with regulators - they're not licensed

After seeing ads for Bond Rate Compare online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Central Bank of Ireland. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Cons: Listed in warning databases|No transparency|Pressure to invest quickly

Lost thousands due to their errors

After for about three months with Bond Rate Compare I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Fast support response|No hidden fees

Cons: Research section could be deeper|Minimum deposit could be lower

Duplicate charges on my card

Bond Rate Compare has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Detailed reporting

Cons: Research section could be deeper
