BNP Borsa

I am in a dispute with  BNP Borsa over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

I had high hopes for  BNP Borsa through a financial advisor, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

After for about eight months with  BNP Borsa, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

The platform itself is okay, but the customer service at  BNP Borsa is truly awful. I waited weeks for a response to a simple inquiry. When they did respond, it felt like a generic template that did not address my specific issue at all.

 BNP Borsa locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for close to eighteen months later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

I was about to invest with  BNP Borsa but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Tried to withdraw my funds from  BNP Borsa and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse.  BNP Borsa said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

I looked into  BNP Borsa and found they appear in the regulatory warnings database. The Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets has issued a notice about this firm. Whether this is a misunderstanding or a serious concern, the fact remains that proper due diligence is essential. Always verify the regulatory status of any company before investing your hard-earned money.

The reporting at  BNP Borsa is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.
