After since last summer with BNB APR (bnbapr.com) I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Regular updates|Easy withdrawals|Full transparency|Clear documentation

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

I warn everyone I know

Where do I even begin with BNB APR (bnbapr.com)? for just over a year of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Easy to use platform|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Limited demo account features

Walked away and never looking back

BNB APR (bnbapr.com) seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: Dedicated account manager|Regular platform improvements|Copy trading available|Transparent fees

Cons: None so far|No fractional shares

Balance went negative they want it back

I closed a profitable position at BNB APR (bnbapr.com) and the profit was not credited for 5 days. Support said it was a settlement delay. When it finally arrived it was less than the amount shown on the platform. They could not explain the difference. I have moved my account.

Pros: Clear documentation|Detailed reporting|Social trading features|Instant funding

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|Could offer more webinars

Minimum withdrawal amount too high

I requested my data from BNB APR (bnbapr.com) under GDPR. They sent a partial export that was missing months of transactions. When I asked for the rest they said it was a technical issue. Still waiting. They do not take data rights seriously.

Pros: Demo account available|Fast execution|Risk management tools

Cons: Desktop app not available on Linux|Onboarding videos are outdated

Phone line always busy

BNB APR (bnbapr.com) advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Clean UI|Responsive team

Cons: No crypto staking

Refund request ignored for months

I joined BNB APR (bnbapr.com) through a financial advisor and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Real-time alerts|Automated trading options|Smooth onboarding

Cons: Onboarding videos are outdated|Spreads widen during volatile periods

Scam vibes from the start

Do not believe the bonus offer from BNB APR (bnbapr.com). The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after a friend recommended them and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: API access|Competitive fees|Fast execution|Multiple order types

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources|Alert system is basic

They deleted my negative review

BNB APR (bnbapr.com) has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: High security standards|Multi-currency support

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague|None so far

Charting is from 2010

I had high hopes for BNB APR (bnbapr.com) after doing extensive research, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources
