Bkgcdpay changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

I want to warn everyone about Bkgcdpay. They have been flagged by Finansinspektionen as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Customer support at Bkgcdpay seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

After doing some research AFTER the fact (I know, I should have done this first), I discovered that Bkgcdpay is not authorized by any legitimate financial regulator. They are operating illegally. The website looks very professional but it's all a facade. Please check the regulatory warnings database before investing with ANY company.

My card was charged twice by Bkgcdpay on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Bkgcdpay then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Bkgcdpay has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

The only good thing about Bkgcdpay is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them after a family member had a good experience. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Bkgcdpay said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Bkgcdpay has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.
