My card was charged twice by BITCOIN HYPER on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. BITCOIN HYPER then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Demo account available|Regular platform improvements|Market news feed

Cons: Limited cryptocurrency options

No 2FA when I signed up

After using BITCOIN HYPER for a couple of months now, I decided to move my account elsewhere. The platform was unreliable, withdrawals took an unreasonable amount of time, and I could never get a straight answer from customer service. Frustrating experience overall.

Pros: Good mobile app|Demo account available|Social trading features|API access

Cons: Currency conversion fee exists|Desktop app not available on Linux

Balance went negative they want it back

BITCOIN HYPER changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Responsive team|Reliable uptime|Full transparency|Multi-currency support

Cons: Search feature is basic|Onboarding videos are outdated

Did my research - this is suspicious

Several red flags with BITCOIN HYPER: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Not registered with regulators|Unrealistic promises
