KYC with BitAIx (Imposter) is a nightmare. I submitted my ID and proof of address. They rejected it and asked for a utility bill. I sent it. They asked for a bank statement. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they said the selfie did not match. I gave up.

Pros: Dividend tracking|Easy to use platform|Educational resources|Multi-device support

Cons: No live chat on mobile|Nothing significant

No 2FA when I signed up

I had high hopes for BitAIx (Imposter) while looking for alternatives to my previous provider, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Good analytical tools|Smooth onboarding

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers

A cautionary tale

I had a dispute with BitAIx (Imposter) and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Regular platform improvements|Customizable dashboard

Cons: Wait times can be long during peak hours|Nothing significant

I am in a dispute with BitAIx (Imposter) over a trade that was clearly erroneous. The price shown was wrong, I closed at a profit, and they reversed the trade and took the money back. They said it was a system error. So I lose and they keep? Unacceptable.

Pros: Full transparency|Competitive fees

Cons: None so far

This company appears on the IOSCO I-SCAN international warnings list. Over 68 financial regulators worldwide contribute to this database. While being listed doesn't automatically mean fraud, it's a significant red flag that potential investors should take seriously. Do your research thoroughly.

I was about to invest with BitAIx (Imposter) but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Markets Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Cons: Flagged by Financial Markets Authority|Cannot verify credentials

Withdrawal blocked indefinitely

BitAIx (Imposter) changed their fee structure with one month notice. What was a flat fee became a percentage. For my account size it meant a huge increase. When I objected they said I could leave. So I am leaving and writing this review.

Pros: Tax reports included|Social trading features|Personal attention|Easy to use platform

Cons: No integrated tax optimization|Charting tools need more indicators

Inactive account fee with no warning

Do not use BitAIx (Imposter) for anything serious. I used them since the beginning of the year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Pros: Social trading features|Clear documentation|Personal attention

Cons: Minor UI glitches occasionally

Warning to all investors

I was contacted by BitAIx (Imposter) through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Pros: Professional looking website

Cons: No regulatory oversight|Money disappeared|Fake testimonials
