They blocked me after I invested

I invested $15,000 with BirdEye (birdeye8.com) after seeing their professional-looking website. At first, everything seemed fine - they showed me impressive returns on my dashboard. But when I tried to withdraw, they kept making excuses. First it was "processing time," then "verification needed," then "you need to pay a tax fee first." I never got my money back. I have since reported them to Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

Pros: Professional looking website

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

Does not even meet basic standards

My card was charged twice by BirdEye (birdeye8.com) on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. BirdEye (birdeye8.com) then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Clear documentation|Dividend tracking|Good mobile app

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague|Limited demo account features

The platform at BirdEye (birdeye8.com) is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for about ten months of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Good mobile app|Copy trading available|Clear documentation|Social trading features

Cons: Limited demo account features|No dark mode on mobile

Checked with regulators - they're not licensed

Several red flags with BirdEye (birdeye8.com): (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Australian Securities and Investments Commission, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Cons: Flagged by Australian Securities and Investments Commission|Cannot verify credentials

BirdEye (birdeye8.com) offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Customizable dashboard|Instant funding|Multi-device support

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods

BirdEye (birdeye8.com) seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: Segregated accounts|Competitive fees|Multi-device support|Good mobile app

Cons: Limited demo account features|Spreads widen during volatile periods

I was contacted by BirdEye (birdeye8.com) through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Pros: Initially responsive customer service

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized
