Benson Walter Private Equity

Benson Walter Private Equity has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

KYC with Benson Walter Private Equity is a nightmare. I submitted my ID and proof of address. They rejected it and asked for a utility bill. I sent it. They asked for a bank statement. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they said the selfie did not match. I gave up.

My card was charged twice by Benson Walter Private Equity on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Benson Walter Private Equity then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Benson Walter Private Equity had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

The so-called education at Benson Walter Private Equity is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for a few weeks now thinking they would help me learn.

The reporting at Benson Walter Private Equity is laughably bad. Tax documents are inaccurate, transaction histories have gaps, and trying to export data for your accountant is a nightmare. For a financial platform, getting the numbers right should be the bare minimum.

Benson Walter Private Equity has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

I lost a significant amount because Benson Walter Private Equity did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Do not use Benson Walter Private Equity for anything serious. I used them since last summer for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

What really bothers me about Benson Walter Private Equity is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after doing extensive research and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.
