Total fraud - reported to authorities

I was contacted by Benefittrade (Imposter) through social media. They promised guaranteed returns of 20-30% monthly. Being naive, I invested. The "account manager" pressured me to invest more and more. When I finally tried to take profit, my account was frozen and they stopped responding. Classic Ponzi/advance fee fraud.

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics

Not regulated - verified this myself

I was about to invest with Benefittrade (Imposter) but decided to check their regulatory status first. They claim to be regulated but I could not find them on any official register. Financial Markets Authority has actually issued a warning about this firm. Thank goodness I checked before sending any money.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Unauthorized firm|Found in IOSCO warnings database

An exercise in frustration

I joined Benefittrade (Imposter) through my accountant's suggestion and from the start, things felt off. The signup process collected far more personal information than necessary, the verification took unreasonably long, and when I finally got access, the platform was nothing like what was advertised.

Pros: Clear documentation|Multi-device support|Segregated accounts

Cons: Limited social trading features

Research is copy-paste from elsewhere

Do not believe the bonus offer from Benefittrade (Imposter). The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited through a forum discussion and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Clean UI|Great customer service|Reliable uptime

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed

Frustrating from start to finish

Benefittrade (Imposter) seems more interested in acquiring new customers than taking care of existing ones. The marketing is aggressive but the product is mediocre. Once you are past the honeymoon period, the cracks in their service become very apparent.

Pros: Risk management tools|Market news feed

Cons: Mobile app could be improved|Website design could be more modern

Do your due diligence first
