Do not be fooled by the professional-looking website. Behind the scenes, AUSupersavings (ausupersavings.org) is disorganized and incompetent. I found them through word of mouth in my investment club and I can only assume the positive reviews are either outdated or paid for because my experience was terrible.

Pros: Automated trading options|Regular platform improvements

Cons: No crypto staking|No fractional shares

I expected bad but this was worse

Opened my account with AUSupersavings (ausupersavings.org) after a trusted YouTuber reviewed them and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

Pros: Clear documentation|Easy to use platform|Fast support response

Cons: Would like more payment methods|Account statements could be more detailed

Data breach and they did not notify us

I found AUSupersavings (ausupersavings.org) after doing extensive research and the initial impression was positive. But for a couple of months now later, I have encountered so many issues that I cannot recommend them. Trades failing, charts not loading, and support tickets going unanswered for days at a time.

Pros: Social trading features|Portfolio tracking tools|Excellent charting|Regular platform improvements

Cons: Could offer more webinars|Would like more payment methods

A joke of a company

The onboarding at AUSupersavings (ausupersavings.org) was smooth which makes the subsequent experience even more frustrating. Once they have your money, the quality of service drops dramatically. Getting anyone to help you with an actual problem is nearly impossible.

Pros: Multi-device support|Real-time alerts

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers

The fine print will get you

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. AUSupersavings (ausupersavings.org) recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Two-factor authentication|Professional team|Market news feed|Transparent fees

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods|No phone support on weekends

My biggest financial mistake

I lost a significant amount because AUSupersavings (ausupersavings.org) did not execute my stop loss during a flash crash. They said the market was illiquid. Other brokers managed to execute. I have no proof they did not trade against me. Avoid.

Pros: Fast deposits|Regular platform improvements|Copy trading available|High security standards

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers|Onboarding videos are outdated

Manipulative and dishonest

Where do I even begin with AUSupersavings (ausupersavings.org)? for the past six months of broken promises, unanswered tickets, and a platform that feels like it was built in 2010. They spend more on marketing than on actually improving their service. Stay away from this company.

Pros: Full transparency|Fast deposits

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

A total embarrassment of a platform

KYC with AUSupersavings (ausupersavings.org) is a nightmare. I submitted my ID and proof of address. They rejected it and asked for a utility bill. I sent it. They asked for a bank statement. Then they asked for a selfie with the ID. Then they said the selfie did not match. I gave up.

Pros: Copy trading available|Full transparency|Good mobile app|Regular updates

Cons: Alert system is basic

KYC process is a nightmare

The only good thing about AUSupersavings (ausupersavings.org) is that they remind you why regulation matters. I found them when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives. They are regulated in a jurisdiction with weak consumer protection. When things went wrong I had nowhere to turn. Stick to well-regulated brokers.

Pros: Intuitive for beginners|Great customer service|Stable platform|Real-time alerts

Cons: No integrated tax optimization

False advertising at its finest

The platform at AUSupersavings (ausupersavings.org) is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for just over a year of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Regular platform improvements|Easy to use platform

Cons: None so far
