Customer support at Atlantic International Partners seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Atlantic International Partners has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Atlantic International Partners locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for about ten months later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Pros: Multi-device support|Real-time alerts|Good mobile app

Cons: Would like more payment methods|Website design could be more modern

Their two-factor authentication was optional when I joined. I enabled it. Later I lost my phone and could not log in. Atlantic International Partners recovery process took 3 weeks and required notarized documents. By then I had missed important trades. Their security is your inconvenience.

Pros: Multi-device support|Great customer service

Cons: No phone support on weekends
