The mobile app from Ashbourne (cfd.ashbourne.io) is dangerous. I placed an order that showed as pending, so I placed another. Both executed and I was overexposed. When I complained they said it was user error. The app design is misleading.

Pros: Transparent fees|Multiple order types|Risk management tools|Reliable uptime

Cons: No dark mode on mobile

Banned for no reason

I opened an account with Ashbourne (cfd.ashbourne.io) since I opened my account last year ago. The platform frequently logs you out, orders fail to execute at the stated price, and when you complain they blame your internet connection. I have screenshots proving otherwise.

Pros: Good analytical tools|Comprehensive tools|Multiple order types|High security standards

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days|Wait times can be long during peak hours

Feeling robbed honestly

After for nearly two years with Ashbourne (cfd.ashbourne.io) I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Good analytical tools|Segregated accounts|Stable platform|Great customer service

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources

Stay far far away

If you are reading this considering Ashbourne (cfd.ashbourne.io) - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews after reading several online reviews. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for a couple of months now has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Easy withdrawals|Clear documentation

Cons: Limited social trading features

They do not care about customers

The platform at Ashbourne (cfd.ashbourne.io) is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After since mid-2025 of dealing with this, I have had enough.

Pros: Regular updates|Market news feed|Great customer service

Cons: No integrated tax optimization|Nothing significant

Do not believe the hype

After since I opened my account last year with Ashbourne (cfd.ashbourne.io), I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|Excellent charting

Cons: Some tools only available on higher tiers|Website design could be more modern

No API for automated trading

Their execution during news is terrible. I had limit orders in place. When the news hit, my orders were not filled at the limit price - they were filled much worse. Ashbourne (cfd.ashbourne.io) said it was market conditions. Same news, another broker filled me properly. They are not honest.

Pros: High security standards|Copy trading available

Cons: None so far

They need a complete overhaul

I wanted to transfer my portfolio from another broker to Ashbourne (cfd.ashbourne.io). They said they do not accept in-kind transfers for my asset type. I had to sell, withdraw, deposit, and rebuy - incurring taxes and spread costs. They did not tell me this before I signed up.

Pros: Low minimum deposit|Helpful community forum|Multi-currency support

Cons: No live chat on mobile

Would not recommend to others

The so-called education at Ashbourne (cfd.ashbourne.io) is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for over a year thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Social trading features|Multi-device support|Personal attention

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed|Help articles are sometimes vague
