Migration from old platform was a mess

I have been trying to close my account with Apex Number for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Intuitive for beginners

Cons: Charting tools need more indicators|Currency conversion fee exists

Automated responses only

My card was charged twice by Apex Number on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Apex Number then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: High security standards|Easy to use platform

Cons: No live chat on mobile|Some tools only available on higher tiers

Lost thousands due to their errors

Do not believe the bonus offer from Apex Number. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after hearing about them at a conference and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Good analytical tools|Instant funding|High security standards|Automated trading options

Cons: Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days|Would like more payment methods

Checked with regulators - they're not licensed

After seeing ads for Apex Number online, I investigated. The company is listed in the IOSCO I-SCAN warnings database and has been flagged by Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Their website looks professional but that means nothing - many scam operations invest heavily in appearance. Always check the regulatory warnings before investing.

Cons: Flagged by Commodity Futures Trading Commission|Cannot verify credentials

The so-called education at Apex Number is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for about three months thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Personal attention|Real-time alerts|Smooth onboarding

Cons: Minimum deposit could be lower

Stay far away from this company

Tried to withdraw my funds from Apex Number and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Cons: Cannot withdraw funds|Not regulated|Pressure tactics

If you are reading this considering Apex Number - run. I wish I had read more negative reviews when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives. I thought the positive ones were real. Maybe some are. My experience over for the past year and a half has been so bad I feel obligated to warn others. Do not make my mistake.

Pros: Good mobile app|Fast support response

Cons: Alert system is basic
