ALBA Brokers locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for about eight months later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

My card was charged twice by ALBA Brokers on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. ALBA Brokers then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

After spending for roughly four months trying to make ALBA Brokers work for me, I have given up. The platform has too many limitations, the fees are not competitive, and the quality of their market data is questionable. There are much better options available.

I trusted ALBA Brokers with a significant portion of my savings and I deeply regret that decision. Not because of market losses, but because of how poorly the platform performed and how dismissively the support team treated my concerns.

Do not use ALBA Brokers for anything serious. I used them since early this year for small trades and it was okay. When I deposited a larger amount and traded more, my account was flagged, my withdrawals were delayed, and I was asked to explain my trading. They treat active traders like criminals.

Several red flags with ALBA Brokers: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Capital Market Authority of Montenegro, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Tried to withdraw my funds from ALBA Brokers and was told I needed to pay a "withdrawal tax" of 20%. This is a red flag. No legitimate broker charges withdrawal taxes. When I refused, they became aggressive and eventually stopped all communication. My entire investment is gone.

Opened my account with ALBA Brokers when my bank disappointed me and I searched for alternatives and regretted it within the first month. The platform crashed during a critical moment, I lost potential gains, and support basically told me it was not their problem. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.

The platform at ALBA Brokers is riddled with bugs. Charts display incorrect data, order confirmations sometimes fail silently, and the portfolio tracker disagrees with actual positions. After for close to eighteen months of dealing with this, I have had enough.

After for a couple of months now with ALBA Brokers, I can only describe the experience as death by a thousand cuts. No single issue was catastrophic, but the constant stream of small problems, slow responses, and missing features wore me down until I finally left.
