I have been trying to close my account with Aivora Trade (pwi.fiynance.net) for weeks now and they keep giving me the runaround. First it was a form to fill out, then identity verification again, then a mandatory phone call that never gets scheduled. They make leaving impossible.

Pros: Segregated accounts|Competitive fees|Multiple order types

Cons: No fractional shares|No live chat on mobile

Account closure takes 30 days

The so-called education at Aivora Trade (pwi.fiynance.net) is just marketing. Every webinar ends with a push to deposit more. The market analysis is generic and often wrong. If you want real education go elsewhere. I wasted for just over a year thinking they would help me learn.

Pros: Fast execution|Reliable uptime|Fast support response|Dedicated account manager

Cons: No integrated tax optimization

Transfer to another broker refused

I signed up with Aivora Trade (pwi.fiynance.net) after attending a webinar they hosted and the first red flag was the aggressive account manager who would not stop calling. After depositing, the promised support vanished. Withdrawals are delayed with endless excuses. I have reported them to the regulator.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Good analytical tools|Low minimum deposit|Easy withdrawals

Cons: Wish they had more educational resources|Help articles are sometimes vague

Inactive account fee with no warning

Customer support at Aivora Trade (pwi.fiynance.net) seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Quick verification|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague

Account restricted after profit

I had a dispute with Aivora Trade (pwi.fiynance.net) and went to their complaints process. They have an internal team that just defends the company. Then they said I could go to an ombudsman - but the ombudsman they use is industry-funded and rarely rules for the client. The system is rigged.

Pros: Instant funding|Easy to use platform|Smooth onboarding|Quick verification

Cons: No dark mode on mobile

Statement errors every month

Aivora Trade (pwi.fiynance.net) offers copy trading. I copied a top trader. The copy trades often executed at worse prices than the original. When I asked why they said it was due to latency and liquidity. So the feature is broken or they are skimming. Either way I stopped using it.

Pros: Regular platform improvements|API access

Cons: No live chat on mobile|Onboarding videos are outdated

My withdrawal request from Aivora Trade (pwi.fiynance.net) has been pending for over two weeks now. Every time I contact support, I get the same copy-paste response about processing times. This is unacceptable for a financial platform in this day and age.

Pros: Smooth onboarding|No hidden fees

Cons: Account statements could be more detailed|Spreads widen during volatile periods
