After for about five months with Aim Asset Advisory Services Limited (aim-advice.com) I requested to close my account and withdraw. They said I had to complete a 30-day cooling-off period. Then they said there was a minimum holding period for my last deposit. They make it as hard as possible to leave.

Pros: Detailed reporting|Portfolio tracking tools|Full transparency

Cons: Limited cryptocurrency options|Minimum deposit could be lower

Billing department is a black hole

Aim Asset Advisory Services Limited (aim-advice.com) has no proper customer support. The live chat is a bot. The phone number goes to a call center that cannot access your account. Email takes two weeks. When I had a real problem they were nowhere to be found.

Pros: Responsive team|Quick verification|Market news feed|Tax reports included

Cons: Email notifications too frequent

Commission higher than stated

My card was charged twice by Aim Asset Advisory Services Limited (aim-advice.com) on the same day. I had to dispute it with my bank. Aim Asset Advisory Services Limited (aim-advice.com) then froze my account and said I had a negative balance because of the chargeback. They created the problem and then punished me for it.

Pros: Social trading features|Market news feed|Good mobile app

Cons: Slow to add new assets|Minimum deposit could be lower

The epitome of bad service

Customer support at Aim Asset Advisory Services Limited (aim-advice.com) seems to be run by people who have never used the platform. Every time I call with an issue, I end up explaining how their own system works before they can help me. It would be funny if my money was not involved.

Pros: Responsive team|Reliable uptime|Wide product range|Dedicated account manager

Cons: Website design could be more modern|None so far

Documents rejected repeatedly

Aim Asset Advisory Services Limited (aim-advice.com) advertises low fees but once you dig into the fine print, there are numerous charges that add up quickly. Inactivity fees, withdrawal fees, currency conversion fees - it all eats into your returns. I wish I had read the terms more carefully.

Pros: Portfolio tracking tools|API access|Fast execution

Cons: No dark mode on mobile

Chrome extension broken

Aim Asset Advisory Services Limited (aim-advice.com) locked my account without warning and demanded documents I had already submitted. for about eight months later I still do not have access to my funds. Their compliance team does not respond to emails. I am considering legal action.

Pros: Comprehensive tools|Regular updates|Dedicated account manager|Quick verification

Cons: Help articles are sometimes vague

Aim Asset Advisory Services Limited (aim-advice.com) had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Wide product range|Excellent charting|Competitive fees

Cons: Live chat only during business hours
