Do not believe the bonus offer from Adagio. The turnover requirement is designed so you can never withdraw. I learned the hard way. I deposited after hearing about them at a conference and the bonus terms were buried in pages of small print. My fault for not reading but their design is predatory.

Pros: Social trading features|Excellent charting|Clean UI

Cons: No phone support on weekends

Extremely poor support experience

Adagio had an outage that lasted several hours during a major market event. Not only did they fail to prevent it, but they also failed to communicate what was happening. We were left in the dark while our investments were at risk.

Pros: Regular updates|Regular platform improvements

Cons: No phone support on weekends|No live chat on mobile

No way to escalate complaints

The spread at Adagio is not what they advertise. During volatile markets it widens so much that you lose before the trade even starts. I found them after seeing their ad online and initially thought the platform was good - until I started trading seriously.

Pros: Professional team|Two-factor authentication

Cons: Limited social trading features|Minimum deposit could be lower

Forced to accept new fees

I had high hopes for Adagio after a friend recommended them, but my experience has been disappointing. Customer support is slow, the platform has frequent issues, and their fee structure is not as transparent as advertised. I am actively looking for alternatives now.

Pros: Fast support response|Smooth onboarding|Fast deposits|Fast execution

Cons: No fractional shares|Cannot customize dashboard fully

Proceed with extreme caution

Several red flags with Adagio: (1) They promise unrealistically high returns, (2) They're not registered with Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier, (3) Their contact information is vague, (4) They pressure you to deposit quickly. I recommend everyone do thorough due diligence before investing with any company.

Pros: Website looks legitimate on the surface

Cons: Flagged by Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier|Cannot verify credentials

Joint account not supported

Adagio has the worst mobile app I have ever used for investing. It crashes constantly, features that work on desktop are missing entirely, and the security implementation is questionable at best. How they released this app is beyond me.

Pros: Competitive fees|Clean UI|Social trading features|Segregated accounts

Cons: Limited social trading features|Slow to add new assets

Important information for potential investors

I want to warn everyone about Adagio. They have been flagged by Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier as an unauthorized entity. I wish I had checked before investing. They use high-pressure sales tactics and fake testimonials. Once you send money, getting it back is nearly impossible.

Cons: Withdrawal fees demanded|Communication cut off|Not authorized

Where do I even begin

What really bothers me about Adagio is the disconnect between their marketing and reality. They position themselves as a premium service but deliver a below-average experience. Found them after a friend recommended them and I fell for the polished exterior. Never again.

Pros: Helpful community forum|Good mobile app

Cons: Spreads widen during volatile periods|Withdrawal takes 1-2 business days

Guaranteed profits - total lie

I referred a friend to Adagio after a family member had a good experience. We both deposited. The referral bonus never arrived. Support said we did not meet the terms. When we asked which terms they pointed to a clause that was added after we signed up. Shady.

Pros: Great customer service|No hidden fees

Cons: Website design could be more modern|No live chat on mobile
